We want you and your horse to love Vida Saluda™. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how our 30-day money-back guarantee and returns process work.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your Vida Saluda™ device, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Contact our support team at hello@vidasaluda.com to start the process.
Eligibility
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories where possible.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@vidasaluda.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond with return instructions, including the return address, within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
We cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless local consumer protection law states otherwise.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Refund Policy rather than cancellation.
