Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United Arab Emirates: 5–10 business days after dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Free tracked shipping is included on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Packages
